Red Carpet Ministry

Serving With Excellence. Welcoming With Love. Covering With Honor.

The Red Carpet Ministry is a team of dedicated servants who help create a welcoming, orderly, and spiritually uplifting environment for everyone who enters the house of God.
Our ministry is made up of Greeters, Ushers, and Armor Bearers who serve with humility, excellence, discernment, and love. We understand that ministry begins the moment someone walks through the doors, and we count it a privilege to help every person feel seen, welcomed, valued, and prepared to encounter God.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve God and His people by creating an atmosphere of welcome, order, honor, safety, and excellence.
We don't simply stand at the door or assist with seating—we serve as representatives of the heart and hospitality of the ministry.

Our Ministry Teams

Greeters

The first smile. The first welcome. The first impression.
Our Greeters welcome members, guests, families, and visitors with genuine warmth and kindness. They help people feel comfortable as they enter and assist guests with basic questions and directions.
Greeters are committed to making every person feel:
  • Welcome
  • Valued
  • Seen
  • Comfortable
  • Connected

Ushers

Serving with order, wisdom, and excellence.
Our Ushers help maintain an atmosphere of order and reverence throughout services and ministry events. They assist with seating, transitions, offerings, altar services, special events, and other practical needs of the congregation.
Our Ushers serve with:
  • Excellence
  • Patience
  • Discernment
  • Flexibility
  • Courtesy
  • Attention to detail

Armor Bearers

Serving with honor, discretion, loyalty, and prayer.
Our Armor Bearers serve alongside ministry leadership by providing practical support, protection of time and space, and a spirit of prayerful assistance.
This role requires maturity, discretion, humility, dependability, and a servant's heart. Armor Bearers understand that their ministry is not about position or recognition—it is about supporting God's work and serving leadership with honor.

The Heart Behind the Ministry

A smile can encourage someone who walked in discouraged.
A helping hand can make a visitor feel at home.
A thoughtful act of service can remove a distraction and help someone focus on worship.
A prayer can strengthen someone who is carrying a burden.
Every assignment matters because every person matters.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23
